Our apps, themes, website design, logos, and content are owned by BUNGALIA LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them except as expressly permitted.
Paid products (such as premium themes) are sold as one-time purchases unless stated otherwise. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the store or platform where you made the purchase.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BUNGALIA LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
